🥗 My Order Had Missing Items – What Should I Do?

Missing items? We’re sorry about that! Here’s what to do if something you paid for didn’t make it to your doorstep.


Before reporting, please double-check:

  • Small or wrapped items (sides, dips, drinks)
  • Notes on packaging (sometimes substitutions are written there)

 

 

 


Step 2: 📸 Document the Issue

If something is missing:

  • Take a photo of everything you received
  • Keep the receipt or packaging if it lists what's missing

Step 3: 🚨 Report the Missing Item

You can report a missing item directly from your order:

  • Tap “Report Missing Items” in the order details screen (within 2 hours)
  • Or contact us via:
*   Chat Support*   Email Form

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Name of the missing item(s)
  • A photo of the received items

Step 4: 🧾 What Happens Next?

Our team will:

  • Reach out to the restaurant (if needed)
  • Offer a resolution such as:
*   **Refund or credit***   **Re-delivery** (when available)
