Missing items? We’re sorry about that! Here’s what to do if something you paid for didn’t make it to your doorstep.
Before reporting, please double-check:
- Small or wrapped items (sides, dips, drinks)
- Notes on packaging (sometimes substitutions are written there)
Step 2: 📸 Document the Issue
If something is missing:
- Take a photo of everything you received
- Keep the receipt or packaging if it lists what's missing
Step 3: 🚨 Report the Missing Item
You can report a missing item directly from your order:
- Tap “Report Missing Items” in the order details screen (within 2 hours)
- Or contact us via:
* Chat Support* Email Form
Please include:
- Order number
- Name of the missing item(s)
- A photo of the received items
Step 4: 🧾 What Happens Next?
Our team will:
- Reach out to the restaurant (if needed)
- Offer a resolution such as:
* **Refund or credit*** **Re-delivery** (when available)
