We understand how frustrating delays can be when you're hungry. Here's how you can track your order and what to do if it's taking too long.


Step 1: πŸ” Check the Live Order Status

You can track your order in real time:

  • In-App: Go to your Order History > Tap on the active order

  • Web: Visit Track My Order

Sometimes, delays happen due to:

  • Restaurant prep time running longer than expected

  • Traffic or weather issues affecting delivery


Step 2: ⏰ Still Delayed? Let Us Know

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Within 15 minutes of the estimated time β†’ Tap β€œNeed Help?” from the order tracking screen

  • Or, reach us via:

    • Live Chat

    • Support Form

    • Call/Email listed here

Please share:

  • Order number

  • How long it's been delayed


Step 3: πŸ›  Resolution Options

Once you report it, our team will:

  • Contact the restaurant or delivery partner

  • Offer a resolution, which may include:

    • Updated ETA

    • Credit/Partial Refund if delay is excessive

    • Free cancellation, depending on status


Tip: Stay Updated with Notifications

Make sure you’ve allowed push/SMS/email notifications for real-time updates.
